Japan is located near east asia with 6,852 islands the 4 largest islands are Honshu,Hokkaido,Kyushu and Shikoku. The large islands take up about 97% percent of the land. Japan's highest peak is mount Fuji, Japan has the tenth largest population meaning they have 128 million people living there.
